About Us

We bring primary health care (PHC) and health equity expertise into corporate sustainability and ESG strategy.

Thrive Health Advisory is grounded in the understanding that the health of people and the health of the planet are inseparable. Climate change directly shapes access to care, disease patterns, food security, displacement, and the resilience of the systems communities rely on every day.

Yet sustainability strategies often focus on environmental outcomes without addressing the health systems and social conditions that determine whether communities can adapt and thrive.

We bridge that gap.

We partner with companies to design sustainability and climate strategies that strengthen equitable access to essential services, community resilience, and primary health care capacity—delivering measurable improvements in wellbeing and adaptive capacity, alongside environmental impact.

Our Story

Our story began in the field — partnering with companies to improve hygiene, nutrition, and community health in East Africa. These early collaborations showed that when business priorities align with local insight and community leadership, the private sector can unlock meaningful and lasting impact.

Our work then expanded into research, evidence generation, and capacity strengthening across academic and government institutions, followed by policy and partnership leadership at the World Health Organization — advising more than 20 countries on primary health care reform, health equity, and aligned investment approaches across global health agencies.

These experiences reinforced a core truth: lasting impact happens when evidence, equity, and enterprise work together to strengthen the systems that support both people and the planet.

Thrive Health Advisory brings that journey full circle — helping companies translate sustainability and climate commitments into measurable improvements in health equity, community resilience, and planetary wellbeing.
