Designed around themes such as health equity, quality of life, workforce wellbeing, water stewardship, and the wellbeing of sourcing communities, Thrive’s corporate impact programs connect business performance with measurable improvements in people’s lives. These programs work with companies and foundations whose sustainability, environmental, or livelihoods efforts are already shaping conditions in the communities they rely on—such as farmers, workers, and households across global supply chains. Thrive helps surface, strengthen, and measure the health and social outcomes embedded in this work, ensuring investments translate into tangible gains in wellbeing and resilience. Each program integrates strategy, program design, evidence, and leadership development to move beyond pilots and isolated initiatives. We work with partners to design initiatives grounded in community realities, aligned with existing delivery systems, and informed by global evidence—so improvements in health, water, nutrition, and quality of life are both credible and sustainable. A core element of Thrive’s approach is learning and knowledge exchange. Programs often include learning lab design and facilitation, enabling partners to test approaches, generate actionable insights, and share learning across sectors.
